Salmon

You got to love salmon.
To be honest, I don't really eat it much, but it's amazing eaten raw as sashami, pan-fried with a tomatoey sauce, steamed with ginger and spring onion or baked in the oven.

When we were younger, my parents would love to buy the whole salmon, cut it up into salmon steak portions and freeze. I don't remember buying fish like that until the other day:

So yummy!!

I did try some rather deliciously baked salmon the other day...it was so good, that we finished it ALL!

Marinate the salmon with cumin, salt and freshly ground pepper overnight. Place ontop of a bed of tomatoes and onions and bake!!
